巴黎再創造項目景觀建筑設計

對項目進行全面再造項目所在環境是道路旁設計了一個熱鬧的廣場，可進行滾球游戲，成為整個街區  的象征，居民、河岸所有者及參觀者都能增加對該區域的使用，保證了巴黎和讓蒂伊之間的銜接。 設計規劃有助于和諧與互動。

對街區居民開放的共同工作及實驗室空間有利于發展合作式經濟。模塊化的可演變住宅能促進升級回  收。項目不同類型的能源達到互補，形成交互式能源轉換循環。

與風景融合及藝術高地該項目位于巴黎綠化圈上，能保證與周邊綠地的生態連續性。在項目南邊，建  筑側面上種植雙層植物。該建筑堪為標桿建筑，藝術高地的窗口，使巴黎楊樹林暗道街區這個鮮為人  知的地域得到張揚。

創新性的盾牌，巴黎環路上的屏幕綠色植被側墻可吸收及減弱巴黎環路上的連續性噪音達 20 分貝。每

平方米的生態過濾植物也可每小時處理 100 立方的污染空氣。對這一專利技術的應用，該項目提供了  實現首次試驗的機會。

A COMPLETELY REHABILITATED SITE

The site, located in the middle of a busy road network, comprises a square configured to allow local residents to play  boules and to strengthen links between local residents and visitors in the urban fabric between Paris and Gentilly.

A PROJECT THAT FACILITATES SYNERGISM  AND  CO-WORKING

Co-working spaces and labs open to local residents  facilitate

the development of a collaborative economy. The apartments can be upgraded and are scalable, facilitating  upcycling. Energy complementarity between different parts of the project enables a shared energy transfer loop to be  installed.

INTEGRATED LANDSCAPING AND THE LAND  ART

The project, which is included in the Paris green belt, blends in with the surrounding green spaces. The facades of  buildings in the south of the zone are covered with two layers of vegetation. These icons of land art mark the Poterne  des Peupliers neighbourhood, the unknown gateway to the city of  Paris.

AN  INNOVATIVE PROTECTIVE  SCREEN  ON  THE PARIS  RING ROAD

This plant covered facade reduces noise from the adjoining ring road by more than 20 dBA. Each square metre of the  bio-filtering fa?ade treats 100 m3 of polluted air per hour. The project offers the first opportunity to test this patented  technology.
